I accurately identify specific attitudes that prevent or impede a person from doing their work effectively, or achieving the business outcomes they are searching for.
Whatever is going on in a company, is a direct reflection of the person leading it, and because of the things they do, or don’t do, based on their current attitudes.
So, what I measure and specialise in, is a persons’ attitude. There are 222 questions in my questionnaire and 32 specific categories that have been proven to be essential to a person’s long-term success. It is not an I.Q. test. IQ is not predictive of success and we don’t need to know how smart a person is. It is not a personality test. Personality is not predictive of success either.
