Every week, I speak with business owners, managers and CEO’s about their corporate training methods. In most cases, they are frustrated with the results they are getting from their teams.
With 19 years’ industry experience, In that time, I have developed a method of helping business owners get the most out of their employees (and themselves for that matter). My approach, is to accurately identify negative attitudes that prevent or impede a person from doing their work effectively, or achieving the desired business outcomes.
The performance of a company, is a direct reflection of the people leading it What they do, or don’t do, is based on their current attitudes.
In my tailored training programs, I measure and analyse a persons’ attitude. There are 222 questions in my profiling questionnaire within 32 specific categories that are essential to a understanding person’s long-term success. This is not an I.Q. test, because IQ is not predictive of success and we don’t need to know how smart a person is. It is not a personality test, because personality is not predictive of success either.
