Hypnotherapy &

Video Conferencing

Does Hypnotherapy really work using Zoom?

The short answer is .... Absolutely Yes.

Telehealth is here to stay. The good news is it works.

The COVID pandemic has changed so many aspects of our health care services, not the least of which is the rise of ‘Telehealth‘.
The simple definition of Telehealth is; “Having a consultation with a healthcare provider by phone or video call”.

Many of my clients still prefer to see me in my clinic and I understand, because clients often comment on “how comfortable and relaxing my magical hypnotherapy recliner feels.”  And as they listen to my voice, they feel like they are floating on a soft, cushiony cloud.

One of the positive things that has come out COVID isolating and working from home, is how we have gotten a solid grasp of communicating remotely through Zoom, Facetime, or any of the other systems available.

Many businesses now view this form of communicating, and  how it helps teams stay connected, as an effective way to tune into and be able to see each other on a regular basis.

It has made us consider that, at times, we need to throw out our old set ways of thinking, behaving and how we look at situations and to consider how we can learn through new methods.

Hypnotherapy via videoconferencing is actually very similar to sitting in my clinic and seeing me face to face.  The only requirement is, you need to find a quiet, place in your home, without  interruptions from phones,  children,  or other distractions.

Of course, you don’t get to feel how comfortable my ‘magical’ recliner feels, but you have the added benefit of experiencing the comfort of your favourite lounge chair at home.  Or you could even be sitting propped up in your own bed surrounded by your pillows with your dog or cat sitting quietly beside you.

Hypnotic Relaxation

It's all about tuning in and focusing on the sound of my voice

Whether you are seeing me in my clinic or clearly viewing me on your computer screen or iPad, you will still experience deep, deep hypnotic relaxation.
If you are in my clinic, your eyes will be closed, the same as if we are working online.

In both cases, you will be tuning into and focusing on the sound of my voice.  As you listen to the sound of my voice and hear my words, the more deeply relaxed you will become.

In both situations, you will experience and tap into what you hear me saying and it will resonate with you so deeply that you will be able to process and create the change that you are looking for.

Your subconscious mind is 30,000 times more powerful than your conscious mind, so let’s start tapping into it.
