Untreated mental health conditions cost Australian workplaces $10.9 billion per year \u2013 $4.7 billion in absenteeism, $6.1 billion in presenteeism and $146 million in compensation claims, according to a PwC and Beyond Blue report on mental health in the workplace.<\/p>

Working arduous hours, fatigued and with unrelenting deadlines, while still keeping the team accountable and motivated, life begins to feel a little like ground hog day. You forget what it was like to wake up with energy and enthusiasm, or to come home from work at the end of the day, your mind becoming quiet and just relaxing with your family.<\/p>
